Here is a pretty crochet and weave style necklace. There are three different colors of pearls woven together with sterling silver wire along with tiny 2mm sterling silver beads which surround this gorgeous Karen Hill Tribe flower pendant. The pendant is approximately 1 1/2"(40mm) in diameter and the necklace is about 17" (44cm) long with an additional 1" extender chain.

I almost like the necklace more on its own, pearls being their own mistresses or beauty
and the pendant to adorn something other. But that is just me. If it works for you ...
