I have been making jewelry off and on since I was a child. I have also dabbled with other crafts like paper mache and concrete garden art, but I keep coming back to jewelry. I believe it has become an obsession!
There are a few commercial products you can use, liver of sulfur or silver black, or you can use a hard boiled egg. Boil the egg, and while it's still hot place it in a zip lock bag with the jewelry then smash the egg to break it open. The sulfur from the egg yolk will tarnish the jewelry. You may need to experiment a bit to get the amount of tarnish you want.

LOVE them! I'm just learning about jewelry making. How do you oxidize jewelry?
